This Shipping and Returns Policy applies to all orders placed through Sober Sativas.

Shipping Policy
- AGE REQUIREMENT: All orders are restricted to adults 21 years of age or older. An adult signature is required at delivery on all shipments. This is a federal requirement under the PACT Act for smokable hemp products and cannot be waived.
- CARRIER: All orders ship via UPS under the UPS Hemp-Derived Products Shipping Program. UPS is the federally compliant carrier for hemp flower products; we do not ship via USPS.
- PROCESSING TIME: Orders are typically processed and handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days after payment is authorized. Processing may extend during holidays or high-volume periods.
- STANDARD SHIPPING: Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Carrier estimates are not guaranteed.
- DOMESTIC ONLY: We ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
- RESTRICTED STATES: We cannot currently ship to the following states due to state-level hemp restrictions: Alabama, California, Hawaii, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Wyoming. - COMPLIANCE: All orders are fulfilled in compliance with the 2018 Farm Bill and applicable state-level hemp laws. A hemp compliance statement and Certificate of Analysis are available upon request and on our Compliance page.
- ADDRESS ACCURACY: You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Returned, rejected, or undeliverable packages due to address errors may incur re-shipment charges.
- CARRIER ISSUES: If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, contact us at hello@sobersativas.com with your order number and we will assist with a carrier claim.
Returns & Refunds
- RETURN WINDOW: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unopened, sealed products in original condition. Opened or used products are not eligible for return due to the nature of hemp flower.
- DAMAGED, INCORRECT, OR SPOILED ORDERS: Contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@sobersativas.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the product and packaging. We will make it right.
- REFUNDS: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time varies by card issuer but is typically 3–7 business days after approval.
- ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS: We can modify or cancel orders only before fulfillment begins. Once an order has been processed for shipment, it cannot be canceled. Contact us as early as possible if you need to make a change.
- CHARGEBACKS: If you have an issue with your order, please contact us before initiating a payment dispute. We want to resolve it directly and quickly.
